Clearford manages several hundred water and wastewater systems across Ontario, supported by our operational hubs providing local, 24/7 service. This widespread presence allows us to respond quickly to emergencies and provide hands-on, tailored operational support wherever it’s needed.

What We Operate
Clearford operates and maintains a wide range of water and wastewater treatment systems and is not tied to any single treatment technology. Our team has hands-on experience with wastewater processes such as membrane bioreactors (MBR), moving bed biofilm reactors (MBBR), sequencing batch reactors (SBR), rotating biological contactors (RBC), and extended aeration, as well as drinking water systems utilizing reverse osmosis, microfiltration, media and cartridge filtration, UV disinfection, and chemical treatment. We support facilities supplied by both groundwater and surface water sources. This breadth of experience enables us to effectively operate, monitor, and optimize system performance while ensuring reliable, compliant treatment tailored to the specific needs of each site and community we serve.
Our proactive maintenance approach focuses on planned inspections, preventative and predictive maintenance, and equipment lifecycle management. By carefully documenting and tracking maintenance, we protect assets, reduce costs, and prevent operational disruptions.
