Wesley Lambert, CEO
Wesley leads Clearford’s corporate vision, overseeing overall operations and guiding the company’s growth. With more than 40 years of experience building and leading multinational organizations, he brings entrepreneurial and operational expertise across environmental services, industrial infrastructure, manufacturing, and international business. Wesley has founded and grown companies delivering critical services and complex infrastructure, including environmental remediation, wastewater treatment, sustainable manufacturing, and telecommunications, with multiple ventures successfully scaled and exited.

Wilf Stefan, COO (Retired/Consultant)
Wilf served as Clearford’s Chief Operating Officer for many years and now continues to support the organization in an advisory role. With over 30 years of experience across water and wastewater treatment and multiple industrial sectors, Wilf has played a key role in shaping Clearford’s operational approach and long-term growth. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Saskatchewan and an MBA from the University of Ottawa, bringing both technical depth and strategic insight to the organization.

Soheil Fatehi, General Manager
Soheil is the General Manager at Clearford, responsible for overseeing operations across all departments to ensure effective service delivery and strategic growth. A Professional Engineer licensed in the Province of Ontario, he brings over 15 years of experience in the water and wastewater sector, including advanced research in innovative treatment technologies, technical consulting and team leadership. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Civil and Environmental Engineering and completed his Ph.D. at Queen’s University.

Andrew Vitaterna, Vice President Business Development
With 38 years of experience as a professional engineer in the decentralized/communal water and wastewater sector, Andrew has managed and developed business operations, guided multidisciplinary engineering teams, and strengthened client relationships across municipal and private sectors. In his current role, he drives sales, shapes strategic direction, and supports Clearford’s growth in key markets. Andrew holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Western Ontario.

John Levie, Vice President of Engineering
John Levie brings over 30 years of experience in water and wastewater systems, with a background in engineering design, operational support, and treatment process optimization. He has experience in regulatory compliance, permitting, water quality and quantity monitoring, project management, and has supported asset management and reserve fund planning for small systems. John plays a key role in developing Municipal Responsibility Agreements for land development projects and maintains close working relationships with regulatory staff to ensure alignment with current policy and best practices.

Les Szpunar, Vice President IT and Compliance
Les leads the implementation of new technologies to support Clearford’s Operations and Compliance teams. With over 30 years of experience in Ontario’s water and wastewater sector, he brings strong expertise across the design, commissioning, and operation of treatment facilities. Les applies his technical and performance-based knowledge to improve system reliability, optimize day-to-day operations, and enhance regulatory compliance. He holds Master’s degrees in Environmental Engineering from the University of Toronto and the University of Rzeszów in Poland.

Elissa Molino, Senior Programs Director, Business Optimization
Elissa is a certified Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with experience leading enterprise-wide implementations, large scale transformation initiatives, and organizational change within regulated operating environments. Prior to joining Clearford, Elissa served as Country General Manager for one of Canada’s largest national service organizations in the energy assessment sector, with full responsibility for the Canadian business. Elissa leads enterprise wide initiatives that optimize execution, strengthen operational performance, and support the scalable delivery of Clearford’s strategic priorities.

Allison Bennett , Projects Director
As Projects Director, Allison leads the engineering and account management teams, delivering sustainable water and wastewater solutions across Ontario. With a background in heavy civil infrastructure and project delivery, she brings a practical, systems-focused approach to complex challenges at the intersection of engineering, operations, and community needs. Allison holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from McMaster University and a graduate degree in Cities Engineering from University of Toronto, applying research-driven insight to real-world infrastructure solutions.

Teresa Murray, Fleet & Asset Manager
Teresa brings 30 years of progressive experience in fleet maintenance, asset management, and logistical management skills across the transportation and industrial sectors. Teresa oversees asset lifecycle management by tracking acquisition,
utilisation, and maintenance of company and client equipment. Teresa is highly proficient in lifecycle data management, maintenance coordination systems and digital tracking.
Teresa is charged with Clearford’s new CMMS program. Teresa maintains accurate and up-to-date asset records, ensuring data integrity across all systems.

Mohammad Aziz, Health & Safety Director
Mohammad Aziz is a seasoned Health, Safety, and Environment professional with over 26 years of experience in the oil and gas, power generation, and water sectors. He has successfully led business operations, managed multidisciplinary Health and Safety teams, and developed strong client relationships across both public and private sectors. In his current role, he provides strategic leadership in safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective risk management, and the promotion of a proactive safety culture where every employee returns home safely each day. Mohammad holds a Marine Engineering and a postgraduate credential from Lambton College, Ontario, Canada.

Veronica Borges
Veronica joined Clearford in 2019, bringing with her more than 15 years of Human Resources experience. compliance standards, and employee relations. She studied Human Resources Management at Centennial College, and Human Resources Law for HR Professionals at the Osgoode Law School of York University. Veronica is a member of both the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) where she holds a CHRP designation, and the National Payroll Institute where she is actively pursuing the PCP and PLP designations.

Sam Taha, Learning Management System Development Manager
Sam leads the organization’s learning platforms and digital training programs, driving the design and delivery of strategic learning initiatives that enhance workforce capability and organizational performance. Working cross-functionally, Sam partners with leaders to shape learning strategies, align programs with business and regulatory priorities, and deliver scalable, effective solutions that strengthen employee capability, support compliance, and foster continuous professional growth.

Krystal Lewis, Operational Quality and Training Manager
Krystal Lewis is Clearford’s Operations Services Manager, overseeing high-level site operations across the company’s eleven (11) hubs. She brings over 20 years of water and wastewater operations experience, including municipal systems, along with more than 15 years of project management leadership. Ms. Lewis holds (DWQMS) credentials and is part of the CSA Technical Committee that developed the New Sector-Specific Wastewater Management System Standard.

David Kohli , Site Performance Manager
David leads Clearford’s Site Performance team, guiding some of the organization’s most experienced operators. With over 30 years of experience in water and wastewater operations, Dave brings hands-on expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex treatment system challenges. He holds multiple senior-level operator certifications including Wastewater Treatment Class 4 and Wastewater Collection Class 3 and serves as Overall Responsible Operator (ORO) for several of Clearford’s most complex wastewater facilities.

Jackie Lalonde , Manager Regulation, Compliance & Reporting
Jackie Lalonde is Manager of Regulation, Compliance & Reporting at Clearford and a recognized leader in drinking water and wastewater compliance in Ontario. With over 20 years at Clearford, she provides expert guidance on regulatory requirements, permits, approvals, and quality management systems, with a strong focus on drinking water operations. Jackie’s practical, hands-on approach supports proactive risk management and consistent regulatory compliance.
